Osh, Kosh, Ohmygosh!

It’s unconstitutional to strip-search elementary school students, according to a federal appeals court. However, that same court said the teacher and police officer that searched 11 fifth-graders in Atlanta couldn’t be sued because there was no clear legal authority at the time. Unfortunately, the court failed to address how a person could be stupid enough to think it’d be okay to strip-search little kids.

I’m dumber, thank you.

I know you’ve gotten them. An email from a friend with a link to a Web site that you just have to see. So you click the link and off you go. I got one of those emails this morning, and I’m dumber for the experience. It was a waste of 1 minute of my life that I’ll never get back.

Paint the Moon is a project in which everyone is suppose to point their laser pointers at the moon. The idea is, if enough people do it the moon will appear red. The idea is interesting, though totally fucking stupid. It doesn’t take a scientist to know that those little laser pointers have no where near the power to reach the moon. So, at the end of October at 11pm EST, stand outside and point it skyward. Just don’t bring it to the movie theatre I’m in and point it at the screen, mmkay?
