A Florida panel has moved to ban the feeding of sharks and other marine life in state waters out of concern that it could pose a threat to swimmers and divers.

Isn’t this similar to the helmet law, which is basically protecting the stupid? I’m thinking that if you dangle meat from your diving gear for sharks and you get attacked, you probably deserved it. I think it’s called Darwinism.

Hawkings said scientists could deliberately change genetic material, increasing the complexity of DNA and thus improving humans.
