Right now, the US and the world’s opinion seem to be standing against Israel. To be honest, it’s shocking at best that this is happening, and that the media is letting it happen. (That certainly goes against the long held stereotype that Jews control the media, huh?)
As I hear those around me discussing the Israeli/Palestinian conflict at the water cooler, it’s becoming clear to me that very few people understand the whole picture. And by the whole picture, I’m not saying what has transpired in the Middle East in the last year, I’m talking about what has transpired there since 1967.
MSNBC has done a wonderful job at staying impartial and respectful to the history betwixt these two nations. I implore you to read the following three articles on the Middle East conflict.
Face it. It’s time to educate yourself to what is really going on, and what this conflict really means.
