governments don’t govern; Russia, France and Germany merely don’t want the work of civil unrest (not voting them in again, is unrest) at home, unrest that comes from not explaining why rogue-state status for Iraq is not acceptable to world stability and eco-health - so they say ‘no’ to the UN so their electorate, uninformed, says ‘yes’ to Putin etc. at voting time. The same in the U.S. - if fix Iraqi govt. explained properly, you wouldn’t have popularity rates
dropping for Bush, now, and average brained people like you, me, Jay Lenno (who’s got a soapbox mic. to ‘many’) can then easy-explain, thus get unison in world opinion, to change the captain of the boat named Iraq.
