Nearly 250 passengers and crew of the Sun Princess came down with a gastrointestinal illness during the cruise ship’s voyage from Los Angeles to Hawaii, Princess Cruises said.

Am I the only one thinking this could be terrorism? In the last 6 months, over 1,500 cruise ship passengers have been afflicted with viruses ? everything from diarrhea, stomach pain and vomiting for up to 48 hours ? while on a vacation voyage.

Is this a terrorist attempting to tell us that they can strike at us with bio-terrorism, even while we are on vacation? Many have stopped flying out of fear, so now they move onto another industry?

Or how about this? Could it be a test of our own government to see how open we are to bio-terrorism, to see how quickly viruses can spread, how quickly people respond, and more importantly, if it incites general panic? So someone with a government agency wants to see exactly how something like smallpox would spread in a real life situation, so they use a virus like Norwalk as a test, and the cruise ships become the laboratory

Am I the only one that thought of this? I don’t know if I believe it, but the questions are in my mind.
